Encouragement for other mums to use Poise®

I had my first child when I was 27 and bounced back really quickly after that. But it was with my second child that things didn’t quite go back to normal so quickly. I noticed that when I sneezed I’d have a little wet patch on my undies. The first time I hoped it would go away but unfortunately it seemed like it was here to stay.

I used to use sanitary liners that I had in my bathroom but after trying the Poise® liners, I would have to say they definitely keep me drier. They just make me feel like I’ve got a little extra something just in case.

Anyway, I’ve been doing pelvic floor exercises now whenever I remember to and it seems to be improving but there’s not harm in using a liner as backup anyway. I was surprised how thin they were.
